CooknPlay #1: Garlic Bread

I'm having a holiday so I thought of doing garlic bread. It's with the help of my sister, father, and a bit from grandma.πŸ‘πŸ’ž
We chopped the onion and garlic into small pieces then mixed them into the stone mortar so that we can mash them and used them for the spread.
After my sis mashed it for idk how long, my father came and help because it's not good enough. I do not take a photo of it but I think this needs to be mashed until it's thin so that when it's spread on the breads, it does not have a lot of bits.
I have chopped the coriander and of course, my father thinks it's not good enough so he helped to chop it into smaller pieces. (No picture opps)
I had searched for a recipe and it stated "Parsley", but after knowing that I do not like the smell and taste, we decided to buy coriander to replace it heh.😡
The is the "end" product before putting it in the oven. I added parmesan cheese that is maybe expired for years on one of the bread because we wanna know how it tastes like.
We chose normal white bread instead of a baguette because
1. We have a lot at home,
2. It's easier to eat as compared to the baguette.
This is the END product!!πŸžπŸ’–
We have made around 16(?) garlic bread and all of it tastes so GOOD!!πŸ‘πŸ‘…
The one that is torn was added with cheese but I don't think I tasted any cheese because
1. The garlic sauce is too strong that it covered the cheese,
2. Maybe I put too little cheese.
Nonetheless, I'm still happy with the end product!!πŸ˜‹πŸ’
The bread was added with parmesan cheese. πŸ‘‰πŸ‘ˆ
We have baked too much garlic bread and all of it has become super tough after it's cold, so in order to not break my teeth, I asked my father to make a cup of coffee for me to dip it.πŸ˜‚πŸ˜¬

Seeya, I hope you enjoy reading this.πŸ’™
