A whole new world 😷

I finally went to fixed my tooth that are decay with my father at Lakeside Dentist Pte Ltd. The dentist there are super kind and gentle. I am super scared and nervous after she explained to me about my tooth because it was not what i expected.

Before plucking off my tooth

My face was numb because the dentist inject a few medicines in so that i won't feel as much pain when she pluck out the tooth. She was so gentle and kind that she kept saying its alright, nothing will happen and she apologized as she inject because it was kind of painful. She kept telling me she will inject properly and will not inject until other places, making me rest assured and knowing what she is going to do.

Before removing, she told me it will be okay and it will be like picking carrots (拔萝卜). She told me it will be alright and she will handle it properly and professionally when my tooth break (It does) and because i was so scared the lady helping her was also comforting me HAHAHA.

When doing, i was so scared and nervous that i was actually raising my legs up a little and she told me not to do it. I'm not sure if it's because i'm moving inadvertently or if it disturb her HAHAH i can't remember the reason but i stopped.

After removing and was biting on the cotton

My face and my lips are numb due to the medicines that the dentist injected. Love-hate the feeling because i kept touching my lips (a littleeee bit addicted to it) when it was numb but also embarrassing when people are looking at me at the coffee shop/around the area and in the bus.

I didn't know my lips was this huge and a little slanted after it. I like the way it feels but not the way it looked. Despite liking how it feels when it was numb, i still like the way it is normally.

Was happy that i don't have to dig out any "leftovers" now due to the cavities i had previously but kinda sad cause i lose one tooth because of this. (What i thought for the first few days i guess)
Sadly, still have to dig out the "leftovers" and HAVE to be super gentle and careful because i will accidentally cut the gum and therefore making it bleed which is super scary and troublesome sometimes.

Why did I remove the tooth?

Me and my father have decided to remove the tooth because the cavity is too huge and deep and the dentist told me the white thing can't stay long for that tooth so if i really want to put the plate, it will be black but she advised us to remove it because it was too deep and it will be more troublesome if the tooth have bacteria again, more things will have to be done. She explained in detailed to us about what happened and was going to happen to the tooth.

Super grateful to have such dentist working for me!! Both dentists are sooo kind and "soft". We love dentist who explain in detailed so we don't feel anxious but relieved.

Don't remember if my face was still numb at that moment but this is how i look like after everything. Brushing teeth was definitely weird but i overcame hehe.

It definitely cost 💣 but we're fine.😭😭
